Decision No. 70/2002/QD-BTC On Amending the Fee for Periodic Technical Inspection According to Safety Standards Without Extending Gas Cylinder Permits for Liquefied Petroleum Gas Cylinders

Regarding the amendment of the fee for technical inspection according to safety standards without extending the permit for liquefied petroleum gas cylinders

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities of state management by ministries and equivalent agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs at Circular No. 1175/LDTBXH-KHTC dated April 23, 2002; to align with current circumstances and the proposal of the Director General of the Tax Administration.

DECISION:

Article 1. Amending the fee for periodic technical inspection according to safety standards without extending the permit for liquefied petroleum gas cylinders as stipulated in Point 2, Article 1 of Decision No. 58/2000/QĐ-BTC dated April 21, 2000 of the Minister of Finance on the issuance of the schedule of fees for technical inspection and fees for permits to use machinery, equipment, materials, and substances with strict safety requirements as follows:

- For liquefied petroleum gas cylinders meeting standards: VND 12,000 per inspection/cylinder

- For liquefied petroleum gas cylinders not meeting standards: VND 20,000 per inspection/cylinder.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from June 15, 2002.

Article 3. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees; units responsible for collecting fees for technical inspections and fees for permits to use machinery, equipment, materials, and substances with strict safety requirements, and related agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
