Regarding the adjustment of administrative boundaries to establish communes and rename communesbelonging to Dak R'Lap, Dak Song, Dak Mil districtsand Kroong No district, Dak Nong province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs and the People's Committee of Dak Nong province,
DECREE:
Clause 4 of Article 6Now, the administrative boundaries are adjusted to establish communes and rename communes belonging to Dak R'Lap, Dak Song, Dak Mil, and Kroong No districts, Dak Nong province as follows:
1. Establishing Dak Wer commune under Dak R'Lap district based on 4,572 hectares of natural area and 6,078 population of Nhan Co commune.
Dak Wer commune has 4,572 hectares of natural area and 6,078 population.
Administrative boundary of Dak Wer commune: East borders Dak Nong district; West borders Kien Thanh commune; South borders Dao Nghia and Nhan Co communes; North borders Quang Tan commune and Dak Song district.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Dak Wer commune, Nhan Co commune remains with 4,566 hectares of natural area and 6,696 population.
2. Establishing Nam N'Jang commune under Dak Song district based on 17,086 hectares of natural area and 5,449 population of Dak Rung commune.
Nam N'Jang commune has 17,086 hectares of natural area and 5,449 population.
Administrative boundary of Nam N'Jang commune: East borders Dak Nong district; West borders Dak N'Drung commune; South borders Truong Xuan commune and Dak Nong district; North borders Dak Song and Dak Mol communes.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Nam N'Jang commune, Dak Rung commune remains with 7,243 hectares of natural area and 5,618 population.

3. Establishing Dak N'Drót commune under Dak Mil district based on 3,320 hectares of natural area and 234 population of Duc Manh commune, 1,428 hectares of natural area and 3,207 population of Dak R'La commune.

Administrative boundary of Dak N'Drót commune: East borders Dak R'La commune; West and South borders Duc Manh commune; North borders Dak Lao and Dak R'La communes.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Dak N'Drót commune:
- Duc Manh commune remains with 4,940 hectares of natural area and 12,187 population.
- Dak R'La commune remains with 8,776 hectares of natural area and 6,855 population.
4. Establishing Tan Thanh commune under Kroong No district based on 8,689 hectares of natural area and 2,452 population of Dak Ro commune.
Tan Thanh commune has 8,689 hectares of natural area and 2,452 population.
Administrative boundary of Tan Thanh commune: East borders Dak Ro and Nam Nung communes; West borders Dak Mil district; South borders Nam Nung commune and Dak Song district; North borders Dak Sor commune and Dak Mam town.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Tan Thanh commune, Dak Ro commune remains with 5,430 hectares of natural area and 5,663 population.
Renaming Dak Ro commune to Dak Drô commune.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The People's Committee of Dak Nong province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree.
