Regarding the establishment of the Vietnam Society for Science and Technology - Shipbuilding Industry
THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish Associations;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 on the organization, operation, and management of Associations;
Considering the proposal of the Mobilization Board for the establishment of the Vietnam Society for Science and Technology - Shipbuilding Industry, the proposal of the Ministry of Transport, and the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations under the Ministry of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. Permission is granted to establish the Vietnam Society for Science and Technology - Shipbuilding Industry.
Article 2. The Vietnam Society for Science and Technology - Shipbuilding Industry shall be organized and operate according to the Statutes of the Society approved by the Minister of Home Affairs and shall be subject to state management by the Ministry of Transport in its activities.
The Vietnam Society for Science and Technology - Shipbuilding Industry shall finance its own operating expenses and means of operation in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Vietnam Society for Science and Technology - Shipbuilding Industry, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Director of the Office of the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
