Approving the Agreement on the Dispute Settlement Mechanism between ASEAN and China
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on the Conclusion and Implementation of International Treaties dated August 20, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Trade in Circular No. 0188/TM-PC dated January 13, 2005,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approving the Agreement on the Dispute Settlement Mechanism between ASEAN and China.
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle diplomatic procedures for Vietnam's approval of the Agreement. At the same time, notify relevant ministries and agencies about the effective date of this Agreement./.
