Issuing the Regulation on Management of Catfish Farming Areas and Facilities

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 59/2005/ND-CP dated May 4, 2005 of the Government on conditions for production and business in certain aquatic industries;

Pursuant to Decision No. 224/1999/QD-TTg dated December 8, 1999 of the Prime Minister approving the Aquaculture Development Program for the period 1999-2010;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Fisheries Cultivation Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. The attached Decision issues the Regulation on Management of Catfish Farming Areas and Facilities.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Heads of Departments, Bureaus, Inspectorate, Ministry Office, Directors of Fisheries Departments, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development with aquaculture management responsibilities, Heads of units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
