Article 1. The Regulations on Certain Mechanisms and Policies for Agricultural Cooperation with African Countries during the Period 2012-2020 are hereby attached to this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from February 1, 2012.
Article 3. The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Ministers, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
