DECREE
REGULATIONS ON THE LEVELS OF SUBSIDIES AND ALLOWANCES FOR PERSONS WITH MERIT TO THE REVOLUTION
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment for Persons with Merit to the Revolution dated June 29, 2005; the Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment for Persons with Merit to the Revolution dated July 16, 2012;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 27/2016/QH14 dated November 11, 2016 of the National Assembly on the State Budget Estimate for 2017;
Decree No. 07/2021/NĐ-CP
The Government promulgates this Decree regulating the levels of subsidies and allowances for persons with merit to the revolution.
Article 1. Standard level for determining the levels of subsidies and allowances for persons with merit to the revolution and the levels of subsidies and allowances
1. The standard level for determining the levels of subsidies and allowances for persons with merit to the revolution as stipulated in this Decree is 1,417,000 dong.
2. The levels of subsidies and allowances for persons with merit to the revolution include:
The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of central government agencies, chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city people's committees are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
b) The level of disability allowance for war invalids and persons entitled to benefits similar to those of war invalids as prescribed in Appendix II attached to this Decree;
c) The levels of disability allowances for Class B war invalids as prescribed in Appendix III attached to this Decree.
Article 2. Implementation Funding
The funds to implement this Decree shall be allocated within the state budget estimate for salary reform and administrative simplification in 2017 as decided by the National Assembly.
Article 3. Effectiveness
1. This Decree takes effect from July 25, 2017.
2. Decree No. 20/2015/NĐ-CP dated February 14, 2015 of the Government regulating the levels of subsidies and allowances for persons with merit to the revolution ceases to be effective from July 1, 2017.
3. The levels of subsidies and allowances for persons with merit to the revolution as stipulated in this Decree shall be implemented from July 1, 2017.
Article 4. Responsibilities for Implementation
The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
