Issuing Economic and Technical Standards for Construction and Adjusting the Framework of Land Prices
Pursuant to the Law on Land dated November 29, 2013;
Pursuant to Decree No. 44/2014/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2014 of the Government regarding land prices;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Based on the proposal of the Director General of the Land Administration Department, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on economic and technical standards for construction and adjusting the framework of land prices.
Article 1.
This Circular hereby promulgates the Economic and Technical Standards for Construction and Adjusting the Framework of Land Prices attached hereto. Article 2.
This Circular takes effect from March 20, 2018. Article 3.
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular. During implementation, any difficulties should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and resolution./.
