BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION LAWtoDECEMBER 25, 2001;
BASED ON RESOLUTION NO. 15-NQ/TW OF JUNE 1, 2012 OF THE 11TH TERM CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY ON SOME ISSUES REGARDING SOCIAL POLICY FOR THE PERIOD 2012-2020;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO THE PROGRAM OF ACTION OF THE GOVERNMENT TO IMPLEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 15-NQ/TW OF JUNE 1, 2012 OF THE 11TH TERM CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY ON SOME ISSUES REGARDING SOCIAL POLICY FOR THE PERIOD 2012-2020.
Article 2. This Resolution takes effect from the date of its promulgation.
Article 3. MINISTERS, HEADS OF MINISTRY-EQUIVALENT AGENCIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-RELATED AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCILS, AND CHAIRMEN OF CITY PEOPLE'S COUNCILS DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS RESOLUTION./.
