BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Based on the invitation dated December 7, 1994 from the Institute of Fiscal and Monetary Policy, Ministry of Finance, Japan;
At the proposal of the Heads of the Organization and Cadres Department and Training Department, and the Director of the Institute of Financial Science.
