OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE NO. 7024 TC/NSNN DATED JUNE 25, 2004 REGARDING THE AMENDMENT OF DECISION NO. 41/2004/QĐ-BTC DATED APRIL 21, 2004 BY THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
The Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 41/2001/QĐ-BTC dated April 21, 2004 regarding the abolition of certain points in legal documents promulgated by the Ministry of Finance; due to an oversight during review, the Ministry of Finance requests the following correction:
Cancel point 12 as listed in the annexed list of points abolished under Decision No. 41/2001/QĐ-BTC dated April 21, 2004 by the Minister of Finance; therefore, point 4 of Part II of Circular No. 83/2001/TT-BTC dated October 4, 2001 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of land and property management under State ownership in Ho Chi Minh City according to Decision No. 80/2001/QĐ-TTg dated May 24, 2001 by the Prime Minister remains valid.
The Ministry of Finance requests this correction for ministries, central agencies, State-owned Enterprises No. 90 and 91 to be aware of, in order to continue implementing point 4 of Part II of Circular No. 83/2001/TT-BTC dated October 4, 2001 by the Ministry of Finance.
