Regarding the establishment of the Vietnam Electronic Commerce Association

THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102-SL/2004 dated May 20, 1957 on the establishment of Associations;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 45/2003/ND-CP dated May 9, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 88/2003/ND-CP dated July 30, 2003 on the organization, operation, and management of Associations;
Considering the proposal of the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Vietnam Electronic Commerce Association, the proposal of the Ministry of Trade, and the opinion of the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations;
DECISION:
Article 1. Permission is hereby granted to establish the Vietnam Electronic Commerce Association.
Article 2. The Vietnam Electronic Commerce Association shall be organized and operate in accordance with its Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs and shall be subject to the State management of the Ministry of Trade in its activities.
The Vietnam Electronic Commerce Association shall finance its own operating expenses and means.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Vietnam Electronic Commerce Association and the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
