REGULATING SALARY SYSTEMS FOR SECONDARY AND UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS NOT YET AT FULL RANK

MINISTER OF EDUCATION
- BASED on the Decree of the Council of Ministers dated April 26 and 27, 1960 regarding the principal improvement and salary increase for 1960;
- BASED on Resolution No. 25/CP dated July 5, 1960 of the Prime Minister regulating the salary system in the administrative and public service sector;
- BASED on Decision No. 273/QĐ dated July 11, 1960 of the Minister of Education promulgating the pay scale for positions and levels of teachers not yet at full rank;
- AFTER receiving agreement from the Ministry of Home Affairs;
DECIDES:
Article 1- The supplementary allowance of 10% for secondary and upper secondary school teachers not yet at full rank, as stipulated in Article 4 of Decision No. 273/QĐ dated July 11, 1960, is hereby abolished.
Article 2- Article 2-
The salary of secondary and upper secondary school teachers not yet at full rank shall be as follows:
- The salary of a secondary school teacher not yet at full rank equals the salary of a primary school teacher at full rank with the same years of service, plus an additional 2đ00.
- The salary of an upper secondary school teacher not yet at full rank equals the salary of a secondary school teacher at full rank with the same years of service, plus an additional 2đ00. This Decision shall take effect from September 1, 1962. The Ministry of Education will issue a circular to guide this decision. Teachers who have not yet reached full level and were previously classified according to Decision No. 273/QĐ dated July 11, 1960, by the Ministry shall retain their current classification until they are recognized as full-level teachers.

Teachers not yet at full rank who were previously classified according to Decision No. 273/QĐ dated July 11, 1960 of the Ministry shall retain their current classification until they are recognized as teachers at full rank.
