Regarding the assignment of postgraduate training tasks to the Institute of Financial Science (Ministry of Finance)
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2241/TTg dated May 24, 1976 of the Prime Minister on postgraduate training within the country;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance in Document No. 2450/TC/KHTC dated September 16, 1995, the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 7107/SĐH dated October 19, 1995, and the Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment in Document No. 2734/TCCBKH dated October 16, 1995;
DECISION:
Article 1. - Assigning the task of postgraduate training to the Institute of Financial Science (Ministry of Finance).
Article 2. - The Ministry of Education and Training, together with the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment, shall define the fields of study for the Institute of Financial Science.
Article 3. - This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. - The Minister of Education and Training, the Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Planning and Investment, the heads of relevant ministries and agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
