DECISION OF THE MINISTER
MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Regarding: Transfer of the Institute of Fruits and Vegetables under the Vietnam Fruit Corporation to be directly subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development
under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Circular No. 607/CP-NN dated June 26, 2000 of the Prime Minister regarding the transfer of the Institute of Fruits and Vegetables under the Vietnam Fruit Corporation to be directly subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Considering the proposals of the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Planning and Development Department, the Director of the Finance and Accounting Department, the Director of the Personnel Organization Department, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Fruit Corporation,
DECISION:
Article 1. - Transfer the Institute of Fruits and Vegetables under the Vietnam Fruit Corporation to be directly subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. - Entrust the Chairman of the Board of Directors - General Director of the Vietnam Fruit Corporation and the Director of the Personnel Organization Department to proceed with the handover and acceptance of the Institute of Fruits and Vegetables in its current state to be directly subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The handover figures shall be based on the final accounts up to December 31, 1999.
Entrust the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Planning and Development Department, the Director of the Finance and Accounting Department... to guide the handover, acceptance, and completion of contents related to the scientific institutions directly subordinate to the Ministry according to the current regulations of the State. Entrust the Director of the Institute of Fruits and Vegetables to draft the functions and tasks of the Institute for submission to the Ministry for issuance.
Article 3. - This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. Any previous decisions that conflict with this Decision shall cease to be effective.
Article 4. - The Head of the Office, the Director of the Personnel Organization Department, the heads of units under the Ministry related to this matter, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Fruit Corporation, and the Director of the Institute of Fruits and Vegetables are responsible for implementing this Decision.
