THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Decisions of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development No. 19/2008/QĐ-BNN dated January 28, 2008 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Department of Animal Health; No. 75/2006/QĐ-BNN dated September 18, 2006 establishing the Animal Health Office Region I under the Department of Animal Health;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health and the Head of the Personnel and Organization Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Noi Bai Animal Quarantine Station under the Department of Animal Health shall be transferred to the Animal Health Office Region I under the Department of Animal Health.
The Noi Bai Animal Quarantine Station shall have its seal, operating funds, and account in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Article 2. The Minister delegates the Director of the Department of Animal Health to specify in detail the tasks, organizational structure, and staffing of the Noi Bai Animal Quarantine Station within the authorized establishment.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Abolish previous regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development that conflict with this Decision.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Personnel and Organization Department, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Heads of related agencies and units; the Director of the Animal Health Office Region I and the Station Chief of the Noi Bai Animal Quarantine Station are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
