Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage; Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Considering Circular No. 36/TT-UBND dated May 9, 2008 of the People's Committee of Lao Cai Province and the monument dossier;.
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage;

DECISION:
Article 1. HISTORICAL MONUMENT
TRUNG DO TEMPLE
BAONHAI COMMUNE, BACHA DISTRICT, LAO CAI PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.
The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the monuments within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 2. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lao Cai Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
