CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF PRODUCTS FOR TREATMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT IN AQUACULTURE PERMITTED TO CIRCULATE IN VIETNAM"
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Based on the Veterinary Ordinance 2004;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 33/2005/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 15, 2005 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE;
THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF PRODUCTS FOR TREATMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT IN AQUACULTURE PERMITTED TO CIRCULATE IN VIETNAM":
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF PRODUCTS FOR TREATMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT IN AQUACULTURE PERMITTED TO CIRCULATE IN VIETNAM" (ANNEX ATTACHED), INCLUDING 113 DOMESTICALLY PRODUCED PRODUCTS AND 10 IMPORTED PRODUCTS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AQUATIC RESOURCES, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S BUREAUS AND DEPARTMENTS, THE PROVINCE AND CITY DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE DIRECT CONTROL OF THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION, BUSINESS, AND USE OF PRODUCTS FOR TREATMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT IN AQUACULTURE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
