Regarding the issuance of the Pilot Investment Regulation under the Public-Private Partnership Model

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on the Investment Law dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of Laws Related to Investment in Construction Projects dated June 19, 2009;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Pilot Investment Regulation under the Public-Private Partnership Model attached to this Decision shall be implemented for certain projects to create a basis for further improving mechanisms, policies, and laws on investment under the Public-Private Partnership Model.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from January 15, 2011.
Article 3. The Minister of Planning and Investment, ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, chairpersons of provincial and municipal people's committees directly under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision. Any arising issues during the implementation of this Decision shall be compiled and reported to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision by the Ministry of Planning and Investment./.
