Issuing National Technical Regulations in the Field of Veterinary Medicine

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/CP dated January 3, 2008;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Veterinary Law dated April 29, 2004;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment and the Director of the Animal Health Department, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby decides as follows:
Article 1. Issuing along with this Circular are 05 National Technical Regulations in the Field of Veterinary Medicine:
1. National Technical Regulation: Livestock and Poultry Breeding Facilities - Procedures for Inspection and Assessment of Sanitary Conditions.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect six months from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Animal Health Department, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing these regulations.
During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
