AND NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON CAPACITY ASSESSMENT OF ESTABLISHMENTS MANUFACTURING AND PROVIDING SHIP SERVICES THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION ISSUES THE CIRCULAR ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON INSPECTION OF INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS USED FOR SHIPS AND NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON CAPACITY ASSESSMENT OF ESTABLISHMENTS MANUFACTURING AND PROVIDING SHIP SERVICES.
ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON INSPECTION OF INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS USED FOR SHIPS - REGISTRATION CODE: QCVN 64:2015/BGTVT AND NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON CAPACITY ASSESSMENT OF ESTABLISHMENTS MANUFACTURING AND PROVIDING SHIP SERVICES - REGISTRATION CODE: 65:2015/QCVN.

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MARITIME QUALITY CONTROL AGENCY,
THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MAY 28, 2016. CLAUSE 10 AND CLAUSE 11 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CIRCULAR NO. 06/2013/TT-BGTVT OF MAY 2, 2013 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION REGARDING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON RULES RELATED TO SHIPS ARE ABOLISHED.
Article 1. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTORATE, DIRECTORS OF DEPARTMENTS, DIRECTORS OF THE VIETNAM MARINE INSPECTION AUTHORITY, HEADS OF MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION’S AGENCIES AND UNITS, ASSOCIATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from May 28, 2016. Clause 10 and Clause 11 of Article 1 of Circular No. 06/2013/TT-BGTVT dated May 2, 2013, issued by the Minister of Transport on national technical regulations related to ship rules, are abolished.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Ministry's Inspectorate, the Heads of Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Ship Registry, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
