CIRCULAR

Regulations on financial regime for the activities of the Intellectual Property Office to be applied in 2016

Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges, and Decree No. 24/2006/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2006 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges; Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2006/NĐ-CP dated April 25, 2006 of the Government stipulating the rights of self-management, self-responsibility for the performance of tasks, organizational structure, staffing, and finance for public service units;

The Minister of Finance issues this Circular prescribing the financial regime for the activities of the Intellectual Property Office to be applied in 2016.In 2016, the Intellectual Property Office continues to apply the financial regime as prescribed in Circular No. 158/2010/TT-BTC dated October 12, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the financial regime for the Intellectual Property Office and the Articles and Clauses that have been amended and supplemented by Circular No. 152/2013/TT-BTC dated October 29, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing certain articles of Circular No. 158/2010/TT-BTC dated October 12, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the financial regime for the Intellectual Property Office.

At the proposal of the Director of the Administrative and Public Financial Affairs Department,

Specifically, Clause 4, Article 1 of Circular No. 152/2013/TT-BTC is revised as follows:

Clause 4 of Article 6"4. Supplement point e to Clause 4, Article 4 as follows:

e) Procurement and major repair of assets and equipment serving work from retained fees and charges for investment implementation shall be carried out in accordance with the Law on Public Investment and current regulations."

This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2016 and applies in the 2016 fiscal year.
e) The procurement and major repair of assets and equipment serving operations from retained fees and charges shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Law and current regulations.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2016 and applies for the 2016 fiscal year.
