REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF LEADERSHIP STAFF FOR THE INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT CIRCULAR

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Pursuant to Decree No. 187/CP dated December 10, 1994 of the Government on tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Investment Development General Department under the Ministry of Finance.
Pursuant to the opinion of the People's Committee of Lai Chau Province at Circular No. 1660 dated January 16, 1995 regarding the request to strengthen leadership staff for the Lai Chau Investment Development Bureau;
At the proposal of the Director of the Investment Development General Department, the Head of the Cadre Organization and Training Department,
policies for health sector officials and civil servants; standards, technical procedures; measures to implement state management functions in the field of health and other issues entrusted by the Government.
Article 1: Accepting and appointing Mr. Hoang Dinh Sang, Deputy Director of the Lai Chau Provincial Investment Development Bank Branch, to the position of Deputy Director of the Lai Chau Investment Development Bureau.
Article 2: Mr. Hoang Dinh Sang shall be entitled to a deputy director position allowance with a coefficient of 0.50.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Head of the Cadre Organization and Training Department, the Director of the Investment Development General Department, the Director of the Lai Chau Investment Development Bureau, the Head of the Financial Affairs Management Department, the Chief of the Ministry’s Office, and Mr. Hoang Dinh Sang are responsible for implementing this Decision.
