Regarding adjustment and supplementation of regional allowances
THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 96/CP dated December 7, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/CP and Decree No. 26/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government stipulating the temporary salary system for civil servants, administrative and public service officials, armed forces, and enterprises, and Circular No. 03/2001/TTLT-BLĐTBXH-BTC-UBDTMN dated January 18, 2001 of the Joint Circular of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs - Ministry of Finance - Committee for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas guiding the implementation of the regional allowance system;
Considering the proposals of the People's Committees of Ha Nam, Quang Binh, Quang Ngai, Dak Lak, and Dong Thap Provinces;
After obtaining the consensus of the Ministry of Finance, the Committee for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas, and the Civil Service Personnel Department - Government;
DECISION:
Article 1Now, we adjust and supplement the levels of regional allowances in the following areas:
1. Ha Nam Province:
- Level 0.2: Ba Sao Commune, Kim Bang District.
2. Quang Binh Province:
- Level 0.3: Dong Le Town and Son Hoa Commune, Tuyen Hoa District;
- Level 0.5: Quy Dat Town, Minh Hoa District, and Lam Thuy Commune, Le Thuy District.
3. Quang Ngai Province:
- Level 0.1: Hanh Thien Commune, Nghia Hanh District.
4. Dak Lak Province:
- Level 0.7: Dak Wil Commune, Cu Jut District.
5. Dong Thap Province:
- Level 0.2: Thuong Thai Hau B Commune and Tan Hoi Commune, Hong Ngoc District, Hoa Binh Commune, Tam Nong District, and Thach Loi Commune, Thap Muoi District;
- Level 0.1: Tan Long Commune, Thanh Binh District; Gao Rong Commune and Tan Hoi Trung Commune, Cao Lanh District.
Article 2The calculation of regional allowances shall be carried out according to the provisions set forth in Circular No. 03/2001/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BTC-UBDTMN dated January 18, 2001 of the Joint Circular of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs - Ministry of Finance - Committee for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas guiding the implementation of the regional allowance system.
Article 3This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2002.
Article 4We request the People's Committees of the provinces mentioned in Article 1 to guide units within their jurisdiction to implement this Decision.
