DECISION

On revoking the business license for overseas labor dispatch of enterprises

THE MINISTER OF LABOUR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP of November 5, 2002 promulgated by the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP of March 31, 2003 promulgated by the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2003/NĐ-CP of July 17, 2003 promulgated by the Government detailing and guiding implementation of the Labor Code concerning Vietnamese workers working abroad;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department for Overseas Labour Management,

DECISION

Article 1. Revoking the business license No. 27/LĐTBXH-GP dated December 30, 1999 issued to MGI Company under the Ministry of National Defence for dispatching Vietnamese workers and experts abroad on a time-limited basis due to ineffective operations.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. Within fifteen days from the effective date of this Decision, MGI Company must return the original license No. 27/LĐTBXH-GP to the Department for Overseas Labour Management.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department for Overseas Labour Management, heads of relevant units and enterprises mentioned in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
