Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 38/CP dated June 4, 1993, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Justice and the Director of the Department of Organization and Training under the Ministry of Justice;

Article 1: The Medal "For the Cause of Judiciary" is hereby issued to recognize the contributions and achievements of individuals who have made significant contributions to the cause of the Judiciary in Vietnam.
Article 2: The awarding of the Medal "For the Cause of Judiciary" must be in accordance with the Regulations on Awarding the Medal "For the Cause of Judiciary".
Article 3: The Directors of the Office, the Heads of the Department of Organization and Training, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Justice, the Presidents of People's Courts at provincial level, and the Presidents of People's Courts of centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
