Regarding the revocation of the business license for overseas labour dispatch of enterprises
THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and management structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/ND-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2003/ND-CP dated July 17, 2003 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Labor Code regarding Vietnamese workers and experts working abroad;

Article 1. Revoking the specialized business license for sending Vietnamese workers and experts to work abroad temporarily number 75/LDTBXH-GP dated April 25, 2000 issued to Quang Tri Import Export Company (QUANTIMEX) under the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province due to ineffective operations.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. Within fifteen days from the effective date of this Decision, Quang Tri Import Export Company must return the original license number 75/LDTBXH-GP to the Overseas Labor Management Department.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Department of Overseas Labour Management, Heads of related units, and the enterprise mentioned in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
