THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and management structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/ND-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2003/ND-CP dated July 17, 2003 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Labour Code concerning Vietnamese workers working abroad;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Overseas Labour Management,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. The business license for exclusive operation of dispatching Vietnamese workers and experts to work abroad temporarily under No. 122/LDTBXH-GP dated November 24, 2000 issued to Phu Yen General Supplies Company (PYGEMACO) under the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province is hereby revoked due to ineffective operations.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. Within fifteen days from the effective date of this Decision, Phu Yen General Supplies Company must return the original license No. 122/LDTBXH-GP to the Department of Overseas Labour Management.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Department of Overseas Labour Management, Heads of related units, and the enterprise mentioned in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
