Decision No. 72/1999/QD-BTC Regarding the issuance of regulations on the establishment, use, and management of the Foreign Debt Repayment Reserve Fund

DECISION

Issuing the Regulation on establishment, use and management of

the Debt Repayment Reserve Fund

MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1999 of the Government stipulating tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state administration by Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on tasks and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 90/CP dated November 7, 1998 of the Government promulgating the Debt Management Regulation and approving the draft Regulation on the Debt Repayment Reserve Fund by the Prime Minister in Circular No. 621/CP-QHQT dated June 15, 1999;

Considering the proposals of the Director of the Department of Foreign Finance, the Director of the Department of State Budget, and the General Director of the Investment Development General Department.

DECISION

Article 1. Issuing along with this Decision the Regulation on establishment, use and management of the Debt Repayment Reserve Fund.

Article 2.This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from its date of issuance. Previous regulations by the Ministry of Finance that conflict with this Regulation are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Director of the Department of Foreign Finance, the Director of the Department of State Budget, the General Director of the Investment Development General Department and Heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for guiding and implementing this Decision.
