APPROVING THE STATE OWNED ENTERPRISES OF SPECIAL CATEGORY
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
On the basis of Decree No. 26/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government temporarily regulating the new wage system in enterprises;
On the basis of Decision No. 185/TTg dated March 28, 1996 of the Prime Minister on state-owned enterprises of special category;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Minister of Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. Classify the State-owned enterprise of special category for Saigon Tourism Corporation.
Article 2. The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Minister of Finance shall be responsible for guiding the transfer of wages and position allowances for managers of state-owned enterprises of special category for Saigon Tourism Corporation.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2000.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, and Chairpersons of municipal People's Committees directly under the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
