Regarding the establishment of the Vietnam Association for Endoscopic Surgery and Endoscopy
THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish Associations;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 on the organization, operation, and management of Associations;
Considering the proposal of the Board for Establishing the Vietnam Association for Endoscopic Surgery and Endoscopy, the proposal of the Ministry of Health, the Central Science and Technology Commission, and the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECISION:
Article 1. Permission is hereby granted to establish the Vietnam Association for Endoscopic Surgery and Endoscopy
Article 2. The Vietnam Association for Endoscopic Surgery and Endoscopy shall be organized and operate in accordance with the Statutes of the Association approved by the Minister of Home Affairs and shall be subject to state management by the Ministry of Health in its activities.
The Vietnam Association for Endoscopic Surgery and Endoscopy shall finance its own operating expenses and means of operation.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Endoscopic Surgery and Endoscopy, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Director of the Office of the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
