Regarding the establishment and issuance of the Operating Regulations for the Vung Ang Economic Zone, Ha Tinh Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated August 16, 2004 of the Politburo;
Pursuant to Decision No. 148/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 13, 2004 of the Prime Minister on the main directions for economic and social development in the Central Key Economic Region until 2010 and vision to 2020;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision on principles, criteria, and allocation standards for state budget investment capital development phase 2016-2020.
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Vung Ang Economic Zone in Ha Tinh Province.
Article 2. Issue the Operating Regulations for the Vung Ang Economic Zone in Ha Tinh Province together with this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
