Issuing Regulations on Registration of Vocational Training Activities

THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,

DECISION:

Article 1. These Regulations on Registration of Vocational Training Activities are promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Previous provisions contrary to this Decision are abolished.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central agencies under the Government, Leaders of central organizations of political parties and socio-political organizations having vocational college schools, intermediate vocational school, and vocational training centers; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Director of the Office of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, General Directors of the General Department of Vocational Training; Directors of Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Heads of agencies and units related thereto are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
