THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on National Reserve;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 196/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 2, 2004 detailing the implementation of the National Reserve Ordinance;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance.
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Reserve Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. The "National Technical Regulations on National Reserve for Lightweight Inflatable Shelters" are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect six months from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the National Reserve Administration, Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in the management, import, export, and storage of national reserve lightweight inflatable shelters are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
