CIRCULAR

ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON TESTING AND CERTIFICATION OF PIG BREEDS

inspection of livestock breeds

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Livestock Breed Law dated March 24, 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/CP dated January 3, 2008;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment and the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby decides as follows:

Article 1. Issuing with this Circular 02 National Technical Regulations in the field of Livestock Feed:

1. National Technical Regulation on testing and inspecting sheep breeds.

2. National Technical Regulation on testing and inspecting goat breeds.

Code: QCVN 01 - 72: 2011/BNNPTNT

3. National Technical Regulation on testing and inspecting duck breeds.

Code: QCVN 01 - 73: 2011/BNNPTNT

4. National Technical Regulation on testing and inspecting silkworm breeds.

Code: QCVN 01 - 74: 2011/BNNPTNT

5. National Technical Regulation on testing and inspecting rabbit breeds.

Code: QCVN 01 - 75: 2011/BNNPTNT

6. National Technical Regulation on testing and inspecting cattle breeds.

Code: QCVN 01 - 76: 2011/BNNPTNT

Article 2. This Circular takes effect six months from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Livestock Production Department, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing these regulations.

During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
