Regarding the announcement of the results of the codification of regulatory legal documents
relating to the state management domain of the Ministry of Public Security for the period 2019-2023

THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SECURITY

On the basis of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents issued on June 22, 2015 (amended and supplemented in 2020);

On the basis of Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing some articles and implementing measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents (amended and supplemented by Decree No. 154/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020);

On the basis of Decree No. 01/2018/ND-CP dated August 6, 2018 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal System and Administrative Reform, Judicial Affairs Department in Circular No. 570/V03-P4 dated January 31, 2024.

DECISION:

Article 1. Annexed hereto with this Decision is the result of the systematization of legislative regulatory documents relating to the state management domain of the Ministry of Public Security for the period 2019-2023 including the following lists:

- List of legislative regulatory documents that have become invalid or suspended entirely during the systematization period 2019-2023 (including 271 documents);

- List of legislative regulatory documents that have become invalid or partially suspended during the systematization period 2019-2023 (including 54 documents);

- List of legislative regulatory documents that remain valid during the systematization period 2019-2023 (including 574 documents);

- List of legislative regulatory documents that need to be suspended, invalidated, amended, supplemented, replaced, abolished, or newly promulgated during the systematization period 2019-2023 (including 54 documents).

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. The heads of units under the Ministry's agencies, Provincial Police Chiefs, and Chief of Police of centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
