Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities of state management by ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 96/CP dated December 7, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Article 6 of Decree No. 06/CP dated January 20, 1995 of the Government and Circular No. 10/1998/TT-BLĐTBXH dated May 28, 1998 of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the implementation of the system of personal protective equipment;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Labour Protection Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending some items in the list of personal protective equipment for workers engaged in occupations and tasks with hazardous and toxic factors
already issued together with Decision No. 955/1998/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated September 22, 1998 (Annex attached).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.
