DECREE OF THE GOVERNMENT
Regarding the establishment of the town of Hung Nguen under the district of
Hung Nguen, Nghe An province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Now establish the town of Hung Nguen, the town seat of Hung Nguen district, Nghe An province based on the entire area and population of Hung Thai commune; 8.7359 hectares of natural land area and 564 inhabitants of Hung Dao commune.
The town of Hung Nguen has 702.7759 hectares of natural land area and 6,735 inhabitants.
The administrative boundary of the town of Hung Nguen: East borders Hung Chinh commune; West borders Hung Dao commune and Hung Thong commune; South borders Hung Tan commune and Hung My commune; North borders Hung Tay commune.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries, Hung Dao commune will have 1,007.1741 hectares of natural land area and 7,302 inhabitants.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect fifteen days after its issuance. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Department of the Government, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree.
