Regarding the issuance of the list of plant quarantine objects
of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Plant Protection and Quarantine Law 2001;
At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Now hereby promulgates the List of plant quarantine objects of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Government; it replaces Decision No. 117/2000/BNN-BVTV dated November 20, 2000 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of the List of plant quarantine objects of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, and the heads of relevant units and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
