REGARDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE LIST OF LEGAL INSTRUMENTS ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS THAT HAVE LOST THEIR LEGAL EFFECTIVENESS
THE MINISTER OF LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

WHEREAS, the Law on Enacting Legal Instruments was promulgated on November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Enacting Legal Instruments was promulgated on December 6, 2002;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Enacting Legal Instruments and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Enacting Legal Instruments;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs;
ANNEXED TO THIS DECISION IS THE LIST OF LEGAL INSTRUMENTS ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS THAT HAVE LOST THEIR LEGAL EFFECTIVENESS.
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 2. THE MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT-EQUIVALENT ORGANIZATIONS, GOVERNMENT-RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES, CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
Article 3. The ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial people's committees under the direct jurisdiction of the central government, and organizations and units under the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
