Pursuant to the Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Considering the Circular No. 45/UBND-VX dated January 9, 2008 of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province and the monument dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National Monument Classification:
ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENT
LIEN BINH TEMPLE
LIEN BINH COMMUNE, DUC THO DISTRICT, HA TINH PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the monuments within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tinh Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
