Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP of the Government dated March 15, 2005 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Veterinary Law, and Decree No. 119/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 28, 2008 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP;

Pursuant to Circular No. 38/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 28, 2010 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the Management of Plant Protection Products.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development amends and supplements certain contents of Circular No. 36/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated May 20, 2011 as follows:

Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain contents of Circular No. 36/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated May 20, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of the List of Plant Protection Products permitted for use, restricted use, and prohibited use in Vietnam including:

1. Amending the name of the registering organization, active ingredient name, and trade name (Annex 1 attached).

2. Official registration: 10 cases (including 02 insecticides, 05 fungicides, 03 herbicides) into the List of Plant Protection Products permitted for use in Vietnam (Annex 2 attached).

3. Supplementary registration: 489 cases (including 218 insecticides, 183 fungicides, 55 herbicides, 14 plant growth regulators, 14 snailcides, 03 rodenticides, 02 termicides) into the List of Plant Protection Products permitted for use in Vietnam (Annex 3 attached).

Article 2. The export and import of Plant Protection Products under this Circular shall be carried out in accordance with Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and agency buying, selling, processing, and transshipment of goods with foreign countries.

Article 3. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of signature.

Article 4. The Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
