Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Commodities dated November 21, 2007;

On the basis of Decree No. 86/2012/NĐ-CP dated October 19, 2012, issued by the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Metrology Law;

On the basis of Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulationsi Pursuant to Decree No. 11/2020/NĐ-CP dated October 15, 2020 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions and measures for organizing the implementation of the Law on Petitions;No. OF THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONSrime Minister cn technical;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 86/2014/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2014 of the Government stipulates business operations and conditions for road passenger transport using vehicles; ng tô;

Decree No. 1Decree No. 07/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulates functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR ODOMETER SUPERVISION DEVICES FOR VEHICLES;June 2024;ODOMETER SUPERVISION DEVICES ng tô.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE "NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON ODOMETER SUPERVISION DEVICES FOR VEHICLES";

CODE QCVN 31:2014/BGTVT.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM APRIL 15, 2015 AND REPLACE Circular No. 08/2011/TT-BGTVT dated March 8, 2011 of the Minister of Transport on the issuance of National Technical Regulations for Odometer Supervision Devices for Vehicles, code QCVN:31/2011/BGTVT.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S DEPARTMENTS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM TRAFFIC POLICE CORPS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION AGENCY, THE DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY TRANSPORT DEPARTMENTS, THE HEADS OF ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE MATTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
