DECREE
No. 73 dated May 24, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the declaration of August 28, 1945 regarding the establishment of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 establishing positions within each ministry of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 62 dated May 8, 1946 establishing positions in the Office, departments, and agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture;
Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and after consultation with the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1:
Nguyen Dang, agricultural engineer, is appointed Deputy Director of the Department of Affairs in the Ministry of Agriculture.
Article 2:
The Minister of Agriculture shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
