DECREE-LAW
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 73/SL DATED DECEMBER 25, 1951
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 50 - SL dated April 13, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 104 - SL dated January 1, 1948 amended by Decree-Law No. 9 - SL dated February 25, 1949 on state enterprise regulations;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 7 - SL dated January 20, 1950 organizing the Office of Ministries and subordinate agencies;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 72 - SL dated December 25, 1951 establishing the Transport Department;
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Public Works and Transportation approved by the Council of Ministers;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
Mr. Nguyen Huu Mai is hereby appointed Director of the Transport Department under the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation.
Article 2
The Minister of Public Works and Transportation shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
