PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 70/2002/QĐ-TTg dated June 6, 2002 of the Prime Minister on the reorganization of the National Committee for International Economic Cooperation,
DECISION:
Article 1. Appoint Mr. Vu Khoan, Deputy Prime Minister, concurrently hold the position of Chairman of the National Committee for International Economic Cooperation.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Chairman of the National Committee for International Economic Cooperation, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
