Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts of 03 June 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 110/2004/ND-CP dated April 8, 2004 of the Government on archival work; Decree No. 09/2010/ND-CP dated February 8, 2010 of the Government amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 110/2004/ND-CP dated April 8, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 100/2010/ND-CP dated September 28, 2010 of the Government on the Official Gazette;
At the proposal of the Director of Plant Protection Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Circular No. 14/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated March 27, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on guiding plant quarantine business files shall be allowed to circulate in Vietnam as follows:
Article 9. printed: "This Circular takes effect from the date of ... month ... year 2012".
Corrected as follows: "This Circular takes effect from July 6, 2012".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally-administered cities, Plant Quarantine Regional Offices, Plant Protection Bureaus of provinces, organizations, individuals related to plant quarantine activities are responsible for implementing this Circular.
