THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Inspection 2004 and guiding documents;
Pursuant to the National Archives Ordinance 2001 and guiding documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the inspection plan for 2009 of the Ministry of Home Affairs approved by Decision No. 1730/QD-BNV dated December 30, 2008 of the Minister of Home Affairs;
At the proposal of the Inspector-in-Charge of the State Archives and Records Management Bureau;
DECISION:
Article 1. Inspect the implementation of legal provisions on archival and record-keeping work of the Ministry of Public Security from January 1, 2002 to December 31, 2008.
Article 2. Establish an inspection team to carry out the task set forth in Article 1, consisting of the following members:
1. Mr. Tran Quoc Thang, Deputy Director of the State Archives and Records Management Bureau, Team Leader;
2. Mr. Vu Van Coi, Inspector-in-Charge of the State Archives and Records Management Bureau, Deputy Team Leader;
3. Ms. Le Hong Sen, Head of Administrative and Organizational Department, Information Center, State Archives and Records Management Bureau, Member;
4. Ms. La Thi Duong, Specialist of Central Office of Clerical and Archival Affairs, State Archives and Records Management Bureau, Member;
5. Mr. Tran Van Binh, Specialist of the Inspectorate of the State Archives and Records Management Bureau, Secretary of the team.
Article 3. The time limit for conducting the inspection at the Ministry of Public Security is 30 days from the date of publication of the inspection decision until the end of the inspection (excluding holidays and weekends), and may be extended once according to the provisions of the Law on Inspection.
Article 4. The Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, and members of the Inspection Team have duties and powers as stipulated in Articles 7, 49, and 50 of the Law on Inspection.
Article 5. The Ministry of Public Security and related officials and civil servants have rights and obligations as stipulated in Articles 8, 53, and 54 of the Law on Inspection.
Article 6. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Ministry of Public Security, the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Inspector-in-Charge of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Director of the State Archives and Records Management Bureau, and those named in Article 2 are responsible for implementing this Decision.
