DECREE
VREGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LAI CAI TOWN UNDER CAM GIANG DISTRICT, HAI DUONG PROVINCE

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HAI DUONG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW, LAI CAI TOWN, THE DISTRICT CAPITAL OF CAM GIANG DISTRICT, HAI DUONG PROVINCE IS ESTABLISHED ON THE ENTIRE AREA AND POPULATION OF LAI CAI COMMUNE.
LAI CAI TOWN HAS AN AREA OF 753.66 HA AND A POPULATION OF 11,693.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF LAI CAI TOWN: EAST ADJACENT TO HAI DUONG CITY; WEST ADJACENT TO TAN TRUONG COMMUNE; SOUTH ADJACENT TO CAM DOI COMMUNE AND CAM DONG COMMUNE; NORTH ADJACENT TO CAO AN COMMUNE AND CAM DINH COMMUNE.
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS DATE OF ISSUANCE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HAI DUONG PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED AGENCIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
