THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises; Decision No. 68/1998/QĐ-TTg dated March 27, 1998 of the Prime Minister on the pilot establishment of state-owned enterprises in training institutions and research facilities;
Pursuant to Decision No. 68/2000/QĐ-BCN dated November 29, 2000 of the Minister of Industry on the establishment of the Training and Labor Export Cooperation Company under Hanoi College of Industry;
Considering the proposal of the Rector of Hanoi College of Industry (in Circular No. 972/CV-TCHC dated November 28, 2000);
At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Charter on organization and operation of the Training and Labor Export Cooperation Company under Hanoi College of Industry attached hereto.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentTHIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Rector of Hanoi College of Industry, and the Director of the Training and Labor Export Cooperation Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
